Who can participate Any resident of the United States or Canada, either an individual or a business, can be a "Referrer" (aka "Affiliate"). To receive referral bonus payments, the referrer (“you”) must be a registered Affiliate of T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus. 2. How to participate You must be a registered Affiliate of T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus to participate in the Referral Program and earn referral bonuses. Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email with your own personal referral URL and login information. 3. How to refer Refer MyHCGPlus to your friends, family and individuals with whom you have an established relationship, or include posts, links, banners, and graphics promoting MyHCGPlus on your website, blog or other public or private venues. Your referrals must access our website using your referral URL, which contains your unique referral code, for you to receive credit. This information is located in the welcome email you received upon registration or inside the Private Client Login (PCA). 4. Prohibited Promotional Methods By registering with T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus and using the Referral Program, you agree that you will not use any of the following promotional methods. No referral bonuses will be paid to you if you are found to engage in such activities when advertising MyHCGPlus.com. 4.1 Spamming: Sending email to anyone with whom you do not have a business or personal relationship OR to names on a list you received or purchased is strictly prohibited. 4.2 Adult or violent materials: You may not promote MyHCGPlus using adult materials, on adult websites or services, or using materials we deem violent. 4.3 Falsification: Using misleading product descriptions to promote MyHCGPlus or its products. Any product description found on the MyHCGPlus.com website is pre-approved. All others must be submitted to us for approval. 5. How to track your referrals You can track all your referral activity by logging in to the Private Client Area (PCA) at www.MyHCGPlus.com using your email and password to login. As an Affiliate, you will have access to the Referral Program and Shop sections of the PCA. Should you make a purchase of HCG drops, you will have access to the entire PCA. 6. Referral bonus amounts MyHCGPlus will credit your account TEN U.S. DOLLARS for each bottle of HCG purchased by a customer you refer to our website. Our HCG kits, which come with two to six bottles of HCG, each pay a $5 referral bonus per bottle due to the deeply discounted price structure. A purchase is considered completed and the referral bonus will be credited 30 days after the order date to allow for our 30-day return policy. From time to time, MyHCGPlus may offer special bonus amounts for referrals. During such promotional periods, the promotional bonus amount will be added to your account if referral purchases are made during the promotional period. 7. Referral qualifications Each referred customer can only be referred by one Affiliate. In the event of a dispute around this or any aspect of the program, the decision of T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus will be final. 8. Referral bonus payments Every Affiliate who has an accrued referral bonuses total of $20 USD or more may request to be paid via PayPal (no fee), by ACH ($2 fee) OR by company check ($2 fee). The minimum bonus payment T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus will pay is $20.00 (before any applicable fee is subtracted). 9. Limitations T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus reserves the right not to pay referral bonuses to any Affiliate suspected of cheating, fraud, illegal activity, spamming or otherwise improperly abusing the program or MyHCGPlus. 10. Right to change program terms T.H.I.N., Inc./MyHCGPlus reserves the right to change the terms of this program or to terminate this program at any time.
